Graphs for active and passive monitoring

Graphs related with the following data presentation:

The Active monitoring must only represent the questionnaires (except the individual questionnaires (i.e., water intake, weight and sleep quality).

A middle graph must be included in order to illustrate the individual questionnaires (i.e., water intake, weight and sleep quality). The water intake, since it is daily, can be grouped in order to be able to identify if the patient answered some, few times.

The passive monitoring is the same as represented in Figma
