React/Vite PWA (purepolis-app) and Next.js API (purepolis-backend) on plain
PostgreSQL + PostGIS, built by GitLab CI and deployed with
purepolis/stack-nowaycity. Migrated from Supabase + Vercel: own auth (same
bcrypt hashes), RLS unchanged, in-process job scheduler instead of pg_cron,
frontend served same-origin by nginx.
