This Superset fork is unmaintainable

As it stands, it will be extremely hard to maintain this fork in the long term.

The entire Apache Superset project has been squashed into a single commit and as a sub-directory.

Its not only impossible to pull updates from upstream, leaving this component vulnerable to exploitation;

but also very difficult to ascertain Uninova specific changes by diffing the source trees.

Proposal:

Rebase Uninova specific changes onto the clean fork at https://code.grisenergia.pt/vesselai/superset

Replace docker/superset with a sub-module pointing to that fork or just delete this repo altogether.
