Add the ConfiguratorEnabler to the docker_compose

The configuratorEnabler is a component that belong to the EF. For this reason, it must be installed using the file https://git-gris.uninova.pt/vfos/enablers-framework/blob/95d43ac76c56afe6e0e6acb79315baab30a99594/docker-compose.yml of the enabler framework. In addition, the readme must include the git repository path.
