Third category for URL: immutable (no urlParams)
On line https://git-gris.uninova.pt/vfos/request-handler/blob/master/clients/rest.js#L39, if the service isn't semantic, the URLparams will be added into the service URL. This can give unexpected errors if the request has urlParams.
