[Calendar/Onboarding] Schedule Clinic Appointment
1 - At the end of the first two eligibility questionnaires. Pop-up or something similar should appear to create a calendar event for scheduling appointment.
2 - If the user selects "No" to scheduling. The user can always schedule it later from the Calendar (add a button).
3 - Appointment should be visible in the Clinician's Calendar (calendar view, with specific color). Also show in a patient related tabs (maybe in the notes, something like: Clinic Appointment scheduled for 18/04/2024 10:00)
4 - Also add the capability of adding notes to specific days (save and show the notes for the current or selected day)
